Installation Help
Correct location and installation of Led lights ensures maximum efficiency and minimum expenditure. Our engineers are available to answer questions regarding installation and we have trained installers in many areas to assist with assembly and connection of LED lighting.
Spare Parts
We carry an extensive stock of components, replacement parts and other led accessories to meet different needs.
Replacements and Repairs
J&X Electronics guarantees full warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for current products purchased from us or authorised J&X distributors. The warranty only covers damages that are not caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product, the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts, it will either be repaired or replaced by a piece of the same value. This warranty service is free of charge.
For out of China customers, the damaged product should be sent back to the factory china, or to an authorised regional distributor, If products are sent by post, they should be sent by certified mail and insured, as J&X Electronics cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft occurring during transport.The warranty is valid for a period of two years, from the date of order placed.This warranty service is free of charge also, for the common practice, customer have to pay the shipping in your side, and we pay the shipping for sending back.
